Extended Warranty

We offer extended peace of mind for your Lowrance electronics for years of worry-free use.

Purchase an extended warranty through your local Lowrance dealer.

Purchase up to three years of additional coverage, for a total warranty of up to five years. Extension is available during the original warranty period as determined in the sole discretion of the manufacturer. *Excludes reconditioned units.

Features and Benefits of the Extended Warranty

Factory Backed Warranty - This is not offered through a 3rd party vendor. This warranty is truly factory backed so you are dealing directly with the manufacturer.

Peace of Mind - Consumers can have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong with their products, they are fully covered up to five years and able to receive support from their dealers

Transferable - Extended warranties are transferable if the boat or display is ever resold within the extended warranty period, increasing the resale value of the entire vessel.

Documentation - All transactions associated with the warranted serial number are stored within Navico ‘s robust serial  number tracking system. This includes but is not limited to date of MFG, Date of sale, Expiration of the standard warranty and extended warranty.

Ease of use - Consumers needing product support can either go directly to  the dealer who sold the product or contact Navico Technical Service for support.  There is no need place a call to a 3rd party administrator for approvals. Most  issues are resolved in 24-48 hours.

Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • To qualify for warranty service, the product must be returned to Navico or an Authorized Navico Dealer within 30 days of the apparent product failure. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the product and return it to an authorized Navico Dealer or Navico Service Centre for repair. All costs associated with the removal, reinstallation, commissioning, and/or correction of installation errors on-board must be paid for by the consumer.
  • Navico warrants that its products, when properly installed and used will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period stated for the applicable brand, product and/or peripheral device as set out on the applicable page of Navico’s website www.navico.com.  From the date of first purchase, the extended warranty seamlessly replaces the original warranty after expiration. The extension is available for up to 3 years or a total of 5 depending on brand.
  • Product(s) qualifying for warranty repair will either be repaired, or replaced with new or refurbished parts or product, or an equivalent product, at the sole discretion of Navico. Warranty repairs are covered by the warranty terms and conditions for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period and extension as applicable.
  • Warranty Extensions are only available on serialized items, Displays, Radars and some peripheral devices.  For a complete list see your local Navico Direct Dealer.
  • Reconditioned units do not qualify for Warranty Extensions
