Shipping:
We aim to process and despatch your order within 48hours of receipt. Delivery will be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. We will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible and while we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only. Please note that all estimated times are calculated based on business days.
Our deliveries are made by courier service (UPS) and we currently cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Holiday Shipping Notice: We are closed Friday and Monday, December 31 and January 3 and will resume business as usual Tuesday, January 4.
Order Status:
After you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an email notification. If any of the items are unable to ship, you will be notified by a member of our team regarding how to proceed. When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email to confirm that your order is on its way. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account, go to Order History and click on the specific order.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you will first need to send an email to orders.b2c.emea@navico.com along with your original order number, the item(s)/quantities, serial number (if applicable) you wish to return and a member of our team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to complete your return.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel purchase contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them i.e. goods should be returned in new and unused condition.
We aim to process refunds within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your product to our returns address.
